A heartfelt thank you to the Thibodaux Service League for their generous support of The PACT Place!

This grant has allowed us to purchase new resources that help children and families navigate difficult moments with comfort, connection, and care. From interactive companion “pets”, emotional regulation games to puzzles, art activities, cozy corners, and other amazing tools, these items will help create a calm, child-centered environment where healing can begin.

The Thibodaux Service League's commitment to strengthening our community aligns beautifully with our mission of providing safe, supervised visitation services that promote hope, dignity, and healthy family connections.

Whether attending sessions face-to-face or learning virtually at home, every member of The PACT Place team gained valuable knowledge, fresh ideas, and renewed inspiration to bring back to our community.

Conferences like the Supervised Visitation Network Conference do more than provide training. They strengthen teamwork, encourage collaboration, and remind us that we are part of a much larger mission: creating safe spaces where children and families can heal, reconnect, and move forward.

The Friends of PACT Place is grateful to the Mary and Al Danos Family Foundation for recognizing the importance of investing in continued learning and providing funds for our staff to do so! — Stronger teams lead to Stronger services, and Stronger services help build Stronger families and communities. 🧡 🧡 🧡

The PACT Place staff had the privilege of attending the 2026 Supervised Visitation Network Conference last week.

Surrounded by more than 200 providers from across the country, our staff connected with professionals who share the same mission of supporting families through safe, trauma-informed services. We learned from judges, psychologists, educators, journalists, and fellow providers - all offering meaningful perspectives that will help guide and enhance our work moving forward.

This Memorial Day, PACT Place honors the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Today we remember their sacrifice, courage, and the families who carry their memories each day.

As we gather with loved ones this weekend, may we take a moment to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy because of those who served.
