Lookin good!

We are pleased to introduce 5681, now in service with Guilderland EMS! This ambulance comes to us from Cambria Fire Company in the Buffalo, NY area, and it's fully equipped with our standard advanced life support capabilities: cardiac monitor, ventilator, medication IV pump, and the latest in pre-hospital care technology.

This addition expands our capacity to serve the communities of Guilderland and Knox and ensures we can respond quickly when our residents need us most.

Thank you to Cambria's members for taking such good care of this ambulance - we're proud to add 5681 to our fleet and look forward to serving Guilderland and Knox with it.

Route 31 in the Town of Cambria between Comstock and Campbell will be closed for an extended period of time. Please avoid the area to allow crews to work safely.

Cambria Fire is currently operating at two different mutual aid fires.

Engine 4 is operating at working fire in the Wrights Corners Fire Company fire district on Lower Mountain road.

Engine 3 is operating on scene of a working fire in the Miller Hose Fire Company fire district on Coomer road.

Please avoid the area to allow crews to work safely.

Out with the old and in with the new! 🚑

Our new ambulance is officially in service and already hard at work in the community! As we welcome it in, we also say goodbye to the one that served us for nearly 10 years!

We’re grateful for all the calls it responded to and the lives it helped along the way—and we’re happy to see it continue its service with Guilderland Emergency Medical Services!
