Caldwell County Food Bank We provide solutions for food insecurity within Caldwell County We request that all clients bring a photo ID and proof of residency at each visit.

Once you fill out your application and become a client, your household is eligible to come to the food bank 2 time per month for baskets and every day for available produce. Other resources:
HOPE - senior program available the 3rd and 4th weeks of the month for 55 and over
Backpacks- through Caldwell County schools
Community Meals- Tuesday and Wednesday evenings
Mobile Distribution - monthly in Luling and Dale

Our June Volunteer(s) of the month is the CCFB Garden Team!
This month we celebrate the dedicated team that works tirelessly to provide our clients with top notch produce.

We are incredibly grateful for each of our garden volunteers. A small but mighty group that has logged endless hours preparing soil, planting, watering, tending, and much more. Our current spring/summer harvest is on track to break all records. All thanks to this team.

Dale Mobile Market this week!
Join us Wednesday, June 17th, for the June market at Alma Brewer Strawn Elementary. Distribution will be from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Wagons will be provided, bringing your own bags is encouraged. Markets are open to everyone.

Please note: No holding place in line, no joining others in line, and no proxy pickups. We appreciate your cooperation as we strive to serve everyone fairly. If you have mobility issues, please alert a staff or volunteer person so that we can provide assistance.

Join us Wednesday, June 3rd, at Zedler Mill for the June market. Distribution will be from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Wagons will be provided, brining your own bags is encouraged. Markets are open to everyone.

The CCFB dumpster is private, please do not use!

Several mattresses have been dumped and will not be taken by the trash service. This creates more work for our staff and is an eyesore. We will report violators to the Lockhart police department.
