Scouts BSA in Lockhart Scouts BSA Troop 1109 is the first girls Troop in Live Oak District of the Capital Area Council of BSA. We are based in Lockhart, Texas.

We are excited to bring the BSA program and adventure to the girls in our area! The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law. New and returning Cub Scouts are invited to "take flight" during our Cub Scout Kite and Rocket Festival on Saturday, September 21, at Smilin V Scout Ranch.

Scouts will launch multiple types of rockets and build and fly their own kites!

Den Leaders, bring your whole den! If your son or daughter has a friend who hasn't joined yet, bring them, too!

Support Our Girls Troop 1109 tomorrow and help them raise funds for their Summer Camp trip to Buffalo Trails Scout Ranch, where they will learn outdoor skills, leadership, and independence while having fun!
