Scouts BSA in Lockhart Scouts BSA Troop 1109 is the first girls Troop in Live Oak District of the Capital Area Council of BSA. We are based in Lockhart, Texas.

We are excited to bring the BSA program and adventure to the girls in our area! The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.
