I have been on a long journey of returning to the true I AM presence of self. I was born into Catholicism and resonate with all the love and ceremony it offers in the name of Christ (love). I know I'm so different than most Catholics because of all of the religions I’ve been exposed to over the years, traveling to Asia, Africa, etc. In addition, I was active in Scientology for over 20 years. I got reintroduced to Kundalini Yoga (Sihks) 6 years ago. During this time, I’ve read many books and studied a lot of Saints, Sages and teachers.
I started yoga when I was 17. I even took my mom to her first yoga class. I first picked up Yogananda's book Autobiography of a Yogi at 18. I have learned about St Germain and the underground city of Telos in Mt Shasta, where I own a church with a view of the Sacred Mountain…
I’ve received many great gifts of wisdom, healing, and understanding from other great spirits from the Yogananada lineage, Sai Baba, Buddhist monks (beyond, beyond, beyond, thank you!), as well as many other helpers and friends. I have found that every religion, person, and group has a positive side and a shadow (dark) side. There is no way of getting out of that game so long as we are on earth other than by being the witness. Most importantly, the way to play the game and win is by being and doing the things we love. It has to come from your heart. 💚The key is differentiating what is real love and what is fake love — greed, lust, etc.
I’ve been around a lot of people, and some truly not what one would consider “good” in this or any land if you saw them. But the sad or I should say tough thing is understanding and knowing we are everyone and everything we perceive. Yes, yikes, I know. So I have been working on this one mantra that has been turning me inside out and into a brand new person, and that is every time I perceive a “bad”, dark or uncomfortable thought that takes me out of being truly content, I say, “That’s from sin, forgive me, God.” It has put me into such a beautiful state of taking full responsibility for whatever is happening around me. I have had some yucky ish around me. I mean 99% good but that 1% feels like a zombie apocalypse sometimes. I especially have had experiences in the indigenous medicine space. (Be careful if you step into that, please. Actually, please reach out before going down that path. I recommend knowing who is serving you the medicine and why.) don't assume people know what they are doing or love you the way you should be loved in that extremely open and vulnerable state. It’s not a path for the faint of heart.
Yes we are so inherently good. & eventually the veil of evil lifts, actually all veils lift, when we realize it’s all just us. Then we can reside as the highest state, THE WITNESS.
When we slow down and realize all we can do is all we can do, breathe, breathe, breathe, trust, trust, trust, one step, next step, next step. Trust, breathe. Go subtle, go gentle, go light on yourself. It’s all good. God hasn’t ever let you down. Your sin has. God (most powerful creator energy incase you needed another term) is within us and loves when we take full responsibility. You eat, you sleep, you wake up, and you eventually show up laughing. I love you, I love you, I love you. I’d love to share some laughs with you and share a space of witnessing with you.
prayers and blessings for a happy, healthy and easy rest of the week. Thank you God for showing me the truth and allowing me to share it with others. Prayers and blessings brothers and sisters.🙏💜
