🍂 FALL FUN IS HERE IN CLINTON COUNTY! 🎃👻

October has arrived, and two of Clinton County’s favorite fall traditions are kicking off their seasons THIS WEEKEND! Whether your perfect fall day includes wandering through a corn maze, enjoying live music and local food, or testing your courage inside a haunted house, there’s plenty of reason to make a weekend of it.

🌽 Pine Creek Seed Farm Corn Maze | Saturday & Sunday
Fall adventure returns to Pine Creek Seed Farm with its 19-acre corn maze, trolley rides, live music, food and drink vendors, games and plenty of seasonal fun. Opening weekend brings even more to experience, including the Race the Maze 5K/10K on Saturday and an Easter Bunny Egg Hunt on Sunday, along with live entertainment and local vendors.

👻 Spook Haven Haunted House | Friday & Saturday, 7–10 PM
Over in Mill Hall, Spook Haven celebrates its 20th season of fear! This year features three haunted attractions, including the all-new House of Shadows, along with Tricks N Treats and Last Rites. Gather your bravest friends and see what’s waiting in the dark.

HAUNT THE MAZE | Sunday, October 4 | 6–8 PM

Pine Creek Seed Farm and Spook Haven join forces to transform the corn maze into an entirely different experience after dark. Spook Haven takes its scares on the road as its actors head into the rows for Haunt the Maze — combining one of Clinton County’s favorite fall destinations with one of its favorite Halloween attractions.

🌲 WELCOME TO CLINTON COUNTY & THE PA WILDS! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

This weekend, nearly 70 endurance athletes will head deep into the mountains for the ninth annual Black Forest Ultramarathon — a 100K journey through some of the wildest and most rugged terrain Pennsylvania has to offer.

Before you Run the Wilds, we hope you'll take a little time to experience the communities that call the Wilds home.

Grab a locally roasted coffee or a great meal. Browse a small shop. Discover a hidden gem. Take in the beginning of fall color. And meet some of the people who make Clinton County such a special place to visit.

The trails may bring you here, but there is so much more to discover between the mountains. 🍂

Then, when the clock strikes 12:01 a.m. Sunday, it's time to turn on those headlamps and Run the Wilds. 🌲

Moonlight Market brings a little magic to Downtown Lock Haven tonight, 4–9 PM on E. Main Street. 🌙

Take a leisurely stroll through the road closure, shop local stores and vendors, grab something tasty to eat, and enjoy an evening full of entertainment and spooky-season fun. Look for live music, dancing with Jackson Productions LLC DJ “spooky” music, photo opportunities with Glinda the Good Witch, Elphaba, and Jack the Pumpkin King, a face painting artist, reptile and snake show, aerial fitness pole dance show, bounce house, costumes, curiosities, treats, and family-friendly fun—including the witch walk at 7.

🇺🇸 𝐖𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫. 𝐖𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫. 𝐖𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞. 🇺🇸

On Friday, September 11, Clinton County came together to remember and honor the lives forever changed by the events of September 11, 2001.

The 13th annual 9/11 Moving Tribute, organized by the Clinton County Veterans Affairs, brought runners, walkers, cyclists and community members together throughout the day. Carrying American flags through downtown Lock Haven, participants helped keep the flags moving continuously from early morning through the evening—a powerful moving tribute to those who were lost and those who answered the call to serve.

This year’s remembrance held special significance as we marked the 25th anniversary of 9/11 during America’s 250th anniversary year.

The Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven was honored to continue another annual tradition of remembrance through their Angel Lights, with lights dedicated to honor or remember someone special.

Thank you to everyone who participated, carried a flag, sponsored an Angel Light or simply paused to remember. Your support helps keep the memory of September 11, 2001, shining bright.
