Harper's Hope

Harper's Hope Finding a cure for the horrible disease called cancer A few days after the terrifying news, Harper had major surgery to have her right eye removed.

Harper was only 4 months old when her parents (Brandon and Jen)got the dreadful news that their baby girl had retinoblastoma, eye cancer generally found in children. Since then Harper and her parents have had to make several trips to Philadelphia to see her doctor for check-ups and eye exams to make sure her cancer didn't spread to her good eye or brain. Now she has a prosthetic eye that was hand

painted by a very talented artist to look exactly like her good eye so you can't even tell this beautiful girl was affected at all! To all of us who are lucky enough to know Harper, we all say she's such a happy, goofy and strong child, recently learning how to walk and hitting every milestone. Harper celebrated a very emotional and exciting 1st birthday this past January and we all hope to celebrate many more with this beautiful and strong baby girl.
