A Dream is a Wish. "have faith in your dreams and someday...your rainbow will come shining through..." Several of the students have never traveled outside of this state.

Why: Due to monetary issues, many of our students will not be able to participate in this life-changing field trip. Some have never been more than 2 hours from their homes. One of the best ways to learn is through real-life experiences. We want to provide these students with a POSITIVE real-life experience that introduces them to futures in careers and places of which they've never dreamed! This trip would open their eyes to a world of possibility they've never imagined.

Do you enjoy playing basketball? How about spending a couple hours on a Saturday playing for a GREAT cause!?

We're having a basketball tournament at the Loachapoka High School gym on SATURDAY, MARCH 10th. This will be our last big fundraiser before the 3rd grade DISNEY field trip!

Admission - $2/person
Participants - $10/person

We'd like to get as many teams signed up as possible. Last time we had one team that ripped apart the competition. It was definitely fun to watch!!

PLEASE let us know if you or anyone you know is interested in signing up to play (individually or entire team). Help us spread the word...share with all of your friends!

BURGER KING NIGHT!!

We are SO close to reaching our goal! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Please come out and support our kids in one of our last fundraisers before the BIG TRIP.

The wonderful people at the Burger King on South College have offered to host a Restaurant Night for our students where they will be donating a portion of their profit between 5pm and 8pm on Thursday, February 16th.

We are REALLY excited about our fundraiser this weekend. We are having a "Parents' Night Out!" Saturday night from 6:00 - 8:30. We'll have a movie night for kids at Church of the Harvest in Opelika. Drop your kids off and enjoy a Valentine's Night Out with your friends and/or significant other! This event is open to all area children ages 3 - 12. If you are interested or would like more information please let us know!

Tomorrow night we will be hosting a FAIRY TALE BALL at the Loachapoka Community Center (Highway 14, 5 miles outside of Auburn) from 5pm-7pm!! It is going to be MAGICAL!!! Mr. Harlan has been working tirelessly on creating some incredible Disney decorations including a life-sized castle! The cost if $5/person. Concessions and photos by a professional photographer will be available for purchase. All area students (Auburn, Opelika, Lee County) grades K-6 are invited to attend.
We've got about 2 months left before the field trip and we only need to raise enough to cover 6 more students to reach our goal!

PLEASE COME OUT AND SUPPORT THE KIDS! You definitely will not regret it!

We are currently raffling off a 19" flat screen TV! Tickets are $2 each. 1st runner up wins $50 and 2nd wins $35. If you are interested in purchasing a ticket or making a donation let us know!
