On behalf of the Community Service Committee, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to all the standing committees and members who helped make our backpack drive a success.

Because of your generosity, support, and teamwork, we were able to provide fully stocked backpacks to students in two school districts: Emerson Elementary-Middle School in Detroit, serving grades K-8, and Garden City Middle School.

Each backpack was filled with essential school supplies, including pencils, pens, colored pencils, highlighters, pencil cases, binders, folders, and notebook paper. These supplies will help students begin the school year prepared and ready to learn.

Both schools were extremely appreciative of the donations and grateful for the support shown to their students and families. This successful drive is a wonderful example of what we can accomplish when our committees and members come together to support our community.

Thank you again to everyone who donated supplies, contributed financially, volunteered their time, helped organize, packed backpacks, or supported the drive in any way. Your participation made a meaningful difference for many students.

We truly appreciate your continued dedication and commitment to serving our community.

Our Backpack Drive is underway, and our volunteers will be collecting school supply and monetary donations at the gate. Thank you for your generosity and support! Together, we are building a brighter future.
