🎃👻 ARTS & CRAFTS ROOM SPOTLIGHT! 🎨🖌️

Today’s spotlight at the Boys & Girls Club of Polk County is on our Arts & Crafts Room! 🧡🖤

Our members got into the Halloween spirit with a FUN and CREATIVE activity that allowed their imaginations to run wild! 🎃✂️ From creativity to hands-on fun, our young artists were busy bringing their spooky ideas to life! 👻🕷️

At the Club, we love giving our members opportunities to express themselves, explore their creativity, and have a little SPOOKTACULAR fun along the way! 💙

🥑💚 Healthy Habits = Healthy Fun! 💚🥑

Things got a little MESSY at the Boys & Girls Club of Polk County! 🤩

During our Healthy Habits session, some of our members learned all about AVOCADOS! 🥑 They explored the health benefits of this nutritious fruit and got the chance to roll up their sleeves, get their hands messy, and make their very own GUACAMOLE! 😋🙌

Who knew learning about healthy eating could be so much FUN?! 💚

At the Boys & Girls Club, we’re building healthy habits, encouraging creativity, and making learning a hands-on experience, one scoop at a time! 🥑✨

💙🧡 A HUGE THANK YOU to Workforce Solutions Deep East Texas- American Job Center Network

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Deep East Texas would like to thank Workforce Solutions Deep East Texas for their generous donation of tables and chairs to our organization!

Serving youth in rural communities comes with its challenges, and donations like these go a long way in helping us provide quality programs and safe, welcoming spaces for our kids.

These tables and chairs will be put to great use as our members participate in homework help, educational activities, and hands-on learning experiences.

We are thankful for community partners who recognize the importance of investing in our rural communities and the kids who call them home.

Thank you, Workforce Solutions Deep East Texas, for supporting our mission and helping us make a difference!
