Livingston Robotics Club will host its annual FIRST Lego League Explore Expo on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in Livingston, NJ. We invite all NJ teams to join us and showcase their robot designs and innovative project ideas. We expect 20+ teams to participate this year. Local High School robotics teams, VEX, and FLL Challenge teams will also attend and showcase their robotic works.

We are excited to announce an extension of our preseason training at the Livingston Robotics Club (LRC) due to the tremendous success of our initial sessions and strong demand from parents. Starting July 26th, we will offer an additional five weeks of expert guidance to empower teams as they design and build their robots and attachments in preparation for the exciting Mix and Match game.

During this intensive session, teams will receive invaluable support in crafting drive bases and attachments, as well as innovative ideas for integrating diverse mechanisms into fully functional robots. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your team's skills and creativity!

Please note that this opportunity is available exclusively for LRC members. If you are not a member, you can join us at our next open house on July 11th at 7:00 PM at the Livingston Robotics Club, located at 70 S Orange Ave, Ste 106, Livingston. At the open house, you will learn about our initiatives and engage with our community. We hope to see you there!

Livingston Robotics Club (LRC) is offering a unique opportunity for motivated 5th, 6th grade (and mature 4th grade) students from underrepresented communities. LRC will be providing an experienced coach to guide this team of between 6 to 10 students through the FIRST LEGO League Challenge season of STEM and robotics.

This program requires a commitment of 6 hours a week (two 2hr mtgs in person at LRC, 2hrs @ home) from late July 2025 through to mid-December 2025. Students must be available for the competition weekends, Nov 22-23 and Dec 13-14, 2025.
