I apologize that I haven't posted in a while. The holidays were not easy for me.(Will they ever be?) Free's birthday is a week before Christmas and I can remember one morning/evening (they all run together) but anyway, my mind could not stop overplaying the last time I saw my beautiful son, 4 hours before he left this world. Then, my thoughts switched directly to the day he was born. I wasn't in control of my thoughts. The memories were just flooding my mind, with no warning. Isn't it crazy how that happens? It happens all the time. I can just be doing a regular daily routine and BAM , like being punched in the gut.

Now, I want to know, how were the holidays for you? What were your worst moments? Did you have some happy moments also? How do you cope when the pain gets overwhelming? And most importantly, how are you really doing?
