🚶 Summer Mental Health Tip #3: Take a Walk
When life feels overwhelming, movement can help.
You don't need a gym membership or a complicated workout plan. A simple 10-20 minute walk can help reduce stress, improve mood, and provide a mental reset.
If it's too hot during the day, consider an early morning or evening walk when temperatures are more comfortable.
Remember: movement doesn't have to be intense to be beneficial.
Every step counts.
