Today's Summit focused on Unconditional Love. ❤️

Our goal is to help our girls understand the difference between conditional and unconditional love and to recognize what true love looks like in action.

We want them to know that:

Love is patient and kind.
Love does not envy, boast, or act proudly.
Love is not rude, selfish, or easily angered.
Love keeps no record of wrongs.
Love rejoices in the truth.
Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things.
“Love never fails.” — 1 Corinthians 13:4–8

Our prayer is that each girl will not only learn what unconditional love means but also experience it, embrace it, and share it with others. May they always know that genuine love is not based on conditions, but is rooted in patience, kindness, grace, and truth. ❤️

Today was our first Summit after camp, and we had a wonderful lesson on Building Trusting Relationships.

It’s a lesson we can all pause and reflect on. As we mature, we learn who we can trust, and over time, our inner circle may become smaller and more intentional.

But even when people have hurt or wronged us, we are still called to forgive—just as God has forgiven us. Forgiveness doesn’t always mean allowing everyone back into our inner circle; it means choosing to release the hurt and extend the same grace and mercy that God has shown us.

What a beautiful reminder that trusting relationships are built with wisdom, grace, forgiveness, and love. ❤️

DGC has come to an end of another successful Summer Camp! We are so thankful to our special guests, parents, and everyone who made this camp possible for our young ladies. Please pray that God pours out a blessing upon each of these girls, and they have a wonderful school year!
