Our Story.
The Young Women's Conference was founded by Martha S. Nateras in March of 2010. On the heels of its successful inaugural conference, it shortly thereafter established itself as a Spring tradition.
The purpose of this nonprofit organization is to empower, enrich, and inspire our future women leaders of the Central Valley and surrounding communities. With the collective support of sponsors, informational booths, workshops, and guest speakers – we intend to encourage our attendees to pursue their dreams, to embrace themselves, and to remind them that they matter in an otherwise fast-moving society. Each year, a variety of informational booths and workshops are made available to our young women that focus on college, careers, and life-skills. The Young Women's Conference is free-of-cost to our attendees thanks by in-large to our generous donors that sponsor this event. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for additional information about the conference. Direct message us with any questions or suggestions you may have.
