Wharton Alum Alex Berg, Director of Investor Partnerships at Mediators Foundation, has invited fellow Wharton alumni to participate in Investors for a Better America, an exclusive nonpartisan conference on September 3 at Fordham's Gabelli School of Business (West 62nd St., NYC).

The conference will bring together roughly 200 institutional investors, family offices, and foundations alongside 20 curated civic organizations to strengthen the civic conditions — rule of law, effective government, stable institutions — that underpin long-term prosperity and sound investment returns.

Bergen County Networking had another great meeting!

One person started a new job with a medical device manufacturer. Another is beginning the process to sell his company. There was a vibrant discussion about the college application process and college visits, which led to a discussion about the job market for new grads/entry level.

Sonia Estevez, one of the members of the Wharton Club of New Jersey Middlesex County Networking Group says: “I love attending the Middlesex County Networking meetings as I never know what I may learn. On Friday, I met an alum (Scott) who is able to help me connect with customers for my start up; and I learned about a new great biking trail from another alum (Neil) who told me about the Great Allegheny Passage. I enjoyed delicious fresh bagel and learned about sales compensation practices. All in just over an hour."
