Onteora Scout Reservation is hiring for Summer 2026

If you’re looking for a meaningful way to spend your summer, consider joining the team at Onteora Scout Reservation. Each year, our staff helps create a welcoming home in the Catskills where Scouts learn new skills, grow as leaders, and build memories that last a lifetime.

We’re looking for responsible, motivated people who enjoy working outdoors and supporting youth programs. Positions are available across program areas, aquatics, shooting sports, dining hall, maintenance, trading post, health services, and more.

Onteora has a long tradition of strong staff, a “Welcome Home” spirit, and a commitment to delivering a great camp experience. If you want to be part of that, we’d like to hear from you.
