Another fabulous year of support for our partner hospitals work in their pediatric trauma programs! So proud to be a director in the Kiwanis CNH Foundation!

Have you heard? Your generosity provided nearly $115,000 in grants to our six partner hospitals this year! We'll be highlighting each hospital this week, starting with Valley Children's in Madera, CA!

Valley Children's began as the vision of five civic-minded women who saw the need for a dedicated pediatric hospital in Central California. Through their fundraising efforts, Valley Children's Hospital officially opened in 1952 at the corner of Shields and Millbrook avenues in Fresno. The hospital has now grown into a 358-bed, nationally respected pediatric healthcare network with more than 640 physicians and 3,500 staff.

Valley Children's has historically used their grant awards for their Seat Check Saturday event which provides free child safety car seat inspections and car seats to low-income families. While COVID-19 has shifted their focus away from this project, the hospital has remained committed to injury prevention.

We are honored to continue our longstanding partnership with Valley Children's as they use their $18,500 grant award to create injury prevention videos that will be distributed throughout their communities to keep children and families safe. Way to go, Valley Children's! ❤

Awesome book distribution at Pinots Palette today. 185+ kiddos served and 600+ books in the hands of happy readers.

We have joined the Kiwanis Livermore Club to focus on Literacy and Art for the children in our community & will be hosting a FREE Book Distribution Saturday March 27th from 10-1 in front of our studio!

We have 700 books to giveaway! Each child will get 3 books 📚✨

Help us spread the word!
