💜 BIG NEWS FOR OUR MILITARY FAMILIES! 💜

We are beyond proud to announce that 6 Judson ISD campuses have officially been awarded the Purple Star Campus Designation for the 2026–2027 school year by the Texas Education Agency! 🎉 State-wide, this honor recognizes schools that show an exceptional commitment to supporting military-connected students and their families. 🎖️📚

26-27 AWARDED SCHOOLS & MILITARY LIAISONS✨
Candlewood STEM Academy - Angela Wilson
The Fine Arts Academy at Olympia - Aimee Hadas
James L Masters Elementary - Tiffany Gutierrez
Judson Care Academy - Elaine Cantu-Campos
Judson Early College Academy - Rodney Wheeler
Salinas Elementary - Juliana Buchanan

This brings Judson ISD to a grand total of 12 Purple Star Schools across the district! 🦅✨

A historic shout-out goes to JECA and JCARE for earning this prestigious designation for the FIRST TIME EVER! 🥳👏 Way to break new ground and set the bar high!

Because campuses must reapply every two years to maintain their Purple Star status, this achievement takes ongoing dedication, hard work, and heart from our staff, student transition teams, and Military Liaisons. 💪💜

Want to help your campus earn or keep its Purple Star title? 🌟
We are always looking for passionate campus staff to step up as Military Liaisons! If you're interested in making a direct impact for our military families, please reach out to Jessica Duff at 📧 [email protected].

Join us in celebrating our schools and military liaisons!👇 Mark of excellence, Judson ISD proud! 🏆

Happy birthday America!

The Army Residence Community celebrated America’s 250th birthday in a spectacular way this this past week. JECA students were honored to be a part of it as they volunteered for the variety of events.

They assisted as ushers at the concert and ran the booths for the carnival. We thank Judson High School 91st Air Force JROTC for joining us in the efforts during the carnival. Judson ISD

They enjoyed the youthful connection and appreciated their dedication and time during the summer months.
