FNE is the North American Branch of the FSE (Union Internationale des Guides et Scouts d'Europe – Fédération du Scoutisme Européen: http://uigse-fse.org/). FSE, founded in 1956, is a Lay Association of the Faithful of Pontifical Right and can be found in the Vatican's official Directory of International Associations of t
