Dear GraceFull Community,
Each of you has been an integral part of GraceFull, investing your time, resources, energy, and love into this incredible journey – a journey built on a mission of: Cultivating a healthier, more connected and stronger community by providing a home in Littleton where people of all backgrounds can gather, eat well and be inspired to give back.
Over the past 8+ years, we have been blessed with countless life-changing beautiful memories ‒ seeing friends transition off the streets; sharing in community breakfasts; meeting new guests; enjoying a burrito, a cup of coffee and great conversation; witnessing the selflessness of our volunteers; and seeing the dedication of our amazing staff. Each of you made GraceFull a true community ‒ a place where everyone had a seat at the table and was invited to be seen and valued.
Over the last two years we have seen increasingly challenging times. In our hearts, we always wanted to be able to end well as we were entrusted with much. Unfortunately, it has become too much for us to sustain this work in a healthy way for our family. It is with heavy hearts, we are sharing that GraceFull Community Cafe is permanently closed.
We know this news will bring grief and sadness, and our hearts ache alongside yours. GraceFull was something our family poured everything into and invited you to join us —it was both beautiful and hard. While this chapter is coming to an end, please know how deeply grateful we are for each of you. Your presence, kindness, generosity, and belief in our mission have meant more than words can express. We believe in this community and it is our hope that each person who has been touched by GraceFull will, in their own way, continue to share the values and spirit that have guided our work.
We have entrusted the transition process of the Foundation’s mission to the GraceFull Foundation Board and its Executive Director, Shantelle, who will help guide the next steps.
