Columbine Knolls Homeowners Association 2026 MEMBERSHIP DRIVE! Happy New Year!!!

Columbine Knolls Homeowners Association (CKHA) wishes you a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous 2026! With the New Year comes the time for a new (or renewed) membership! Go to the website www.ckha.org where you can join for 2026 online with PayPal ($50 + $3 = $53 total) or print the PDF membership form and send it in with your check for $50.

If you would like to volunteer for an event, project, be on a committee, have ideas to share, we welcome your participation.

Clean Up Day 2025

Many residents took advantage of the Columbine Knolls HOA Clean Up Day Event and brought pickup loads of trash to be dropped off in the large dumpster in the Pool parking lot. There was much evidence of home remodeling.

Clean Up Day - September 9th

Clean Up Day: September 13th, 9-11 a.m.

Where: Dumpster will be located in the Columbine Knolls Pool parking lot. Cost: $20 for CKHA members, $40 for non-members; Per load (pick-up truck size maximum) Bring your items for the dumpster! Tree limbs and branches (may be no
longer than 4 feet in length). other yard waste and non-usable items.

We do NOT accept: mattresses, appliances, electronics, paint, tires, other hazardous material, or any items deemed at the time not to be acceptable.

Pool Party: Wednesday, July 30, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Join us for the Columbine Knolls Homeowners Association (CKHA) pool party at the Columbine Knolls pool Wednesday, July 30th from 6-9:00 p.m. Dinner will be served from 6-8:00 p.m. Please bring a dessert to share. Free to all HOA members. There is a cost of $5.00 per person for non-members.
