What was life like around the foothills of the Rockies 15,000 years ago? Located in Douglas County, CO - Lamb Spring Archaeological Preserve - has a few answers and a lot more questions. Molly on the Move. Molly, our juvenile female Columbian Mammoth skull has arrived at the Paleon Museum in Glenrock, WY for refurbishment and replication. A new mold will be produced that will allow us to replicate this skull as wanted or needed. See pics of the cleaning and the early stages of the mold production. Stay tuned for further progress.

Molly on the move - Working alongside Morrison Natural History Museum and our good friend Matthew Mossbrucker, the director and chief curator of MNHM - Molly was loaded on a truck and transported to Wyoming. Molly will serviced and replicated at Paleon Museum in Glenrock, WY. Stay tuned for further details and progress of this process.

Molly on the Move. Our cast of a juvenile Columbian Mammoth skull (Molly) is off to Wyoming for a facelift - the skull will be cleaned and scrubbed to remove residual material from the original casting. Once the skull is cleaned it will go through a replica process that involves molding and recasting. Pics are of Molly being carefully loaded and ready for her trip to Wyoming.
