We’re honored to welcome Nayeli, who will be offering complimentary Traditional Limpia Experiences during the retreat.

A Limpia is an ancestral spiritual cleansing practice that uses elements of nature—including plants, smoke, incense to create an intentional space for release, reflection, and reconnection.

At Permission to Dream, everything is an invitation. 💗

Today at the Denver Fair Housing Summit, we heard that rental prices have increased by 80% over the past 10 years. That hit hard, especially knowing how many women and families are struggling to stay housed.

We also learned about the incredible work individuals, nonprofits, and corporations are doing for our community. People are bringing resources, knowledge, and real commitment to helping others and it was encouraging to see that care in action.

At The Diamond Place, we know housing is part of healing. A safe place to land can make all the difference when someone is rebuilding their life.

Thank you to the Denver Metro Fair Housing Center and everyone who shared their work today. I left grateful for the connections and the people showing up for our community. 💜

A little reminder that dreaming doesn’t always begin with doing more. Sometimes it begins with getting quiet. ✨

At Permission to Dream, Christina McLoughlin will guide us through a restorative sound bath designed to help us slow down, reconnect, and listen inward.

Through crystal singing bowls and soothing sound, we’ll create space to rest, reflect, and come back to ourselves.

Because before we can hear what’s calling us next, we may need enough stillness to actually listen. 💜

✨ NEW EXPERIENCE ADDED TO PERMISSION TO DREAM ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Hope Hughes, founder of Rooted Soul Awakening, to Permission to Dream. 💜

Hope will gently guide you through an easy-to-follow meditation as you journey inward to meet your spirit guide and receive whatever message may be waiting for you.

Throughout the experience, Hope will also offer group Reiki, creating space to slow down, receive, reconnect, and simply be.

Afterward, you’ll have time to journal and reflect on what came forward for you. ✨

Hope is a Reiki Master Teacher, professional psychic, and regressionist, and we’re honored to have her bring this beautiful experience to our day together.
