After 3 very hard weeks full of sickness, staff shortages, trouble with the landlords, an emergency root canal, and failed promises, we finally got some good news. A letter arrived on Friday from Jubilee House!! That’s Ghanas White House. An official letter from the office of the Vice President. They have received our letter requesting sponsorship and want to engage with us further!!!! What does this mean practically? We don’t know, but we are honored and excited to just be seen! Shock, excitement, dancing, shouting, clapping, and smiling. It feels so good to be seen and we look forward with bated breath for what the future might hold.

These malnutrition packets are vital for our kiddos! Kids like Debo who only began to thrive when their nutritional needs were met.

Kids like our Obolo girl Philippine whose entire life changed when we doubled her weight by adding this miracle packet of nutritional bliss to her everyday diet.

Our CP kids burn TWICE the calories of non-CP children and keeping up with their caloric and nutrional needs when they are so high and can be so difficult to feed can literally mean everything for them.

As awesome as each one of our staff is, the best part of them is how they get along. They did not know each other before Grace House. With Grace House they found family.

It is something I have never in all my years of management seen, a team that came together in two days.

They are quite literally the dream team.

They care about each other as much as they care about the kids. We couldn’t have asked for a single thing more. It was absolutely meant to be.

And in 2 years we have had ZERO turnover! ZERO! Not one person has left or had to be let go. They work hard and love each other, and it’s the kids who benefit.
