Over the weekend, members of the Sibohan’s Angel Walk team went to New Cumberland to participate in the 24th annual Vickie’s Angel Foundation walk.
Sibohan Gladhill was a fellow Auxiliary member with us who unfortunately passed due to cancer almost 2 years ago. Her family started this team to be able to keep her memory alive and help other families facing the challenges this diagnosis comes with.
With the help of the American Legion Post 321 and our Littlestown community- Sibohan’s team was able to raise $2,400 to help the foundation. Her team also held a walk at our Post this past May, a yard sale at the Littlestown Eagles and a few others to continue raising funds to help local families battling cancer.
Thanks to the community’s help, Sibohan’s Angel team was able to help 4 local families with expenses they’ve faced due to some form of cancer.
