I really wanted to have the water installed at these 2 locations by Christmas, "personal goal", but we fell a little short. The shafts are in and the water looks good but we still have some hardware and concrete to install before water flows. This will happen soon. Stay tuned for updates on our progress!! The planning is done. Now we have to execute. With any luck she and the school will have water by Christmas. 2 other wells will be installed also but likely after Christmas.

Back in Siem Reap. Can't wait to start work in the village tomorrow. We plan to put in 3 wells on this trip. I know we used to do more but these 3 are in a pretty tough spot to work. Bringing in machinery day after tomorrow and then the fun really begins. I have been waiting for this day for a long time. Wish us luck!!

It was great to get back to work in the Koh Ker area. No new wells this time but we repaired all of the failed wells but one. There's an abundance of good clean water in this area. Getting to it is the challenge.

Kok Thnot school 2023. This small school serves children in a big way. They have many students and offer access to computers and English speaking instructors. They have decent support but lack a safe and adequate water source so.... we fixed that! Water in this area is not easy so we installed a hybrid shaft and a submerged electric pump for easy maintenance and plentiful supply plus a manual pump just in case. Thank you benefactors!!!!

Returning to the villages near Chey school after being gone for 3 years I really didn't know what to expect. I was praying that we wouldn't find broken wells and sick children and what I found was amazing. Everyone still has water. Every well was still working or had been repaired or replaced by the people of the village. No sick children, no desperate mothers, no conflicts to resolve. Our investment has held and after years of work in the area, they no longer need me. Please enjoy pictures of functioning wells and children going to school!

Back to check our previous work at Koh Ker school in North Cambodia. Still working great and serving just under 200 students a day.

Phase 2 of our operation in North Cambodia was to provide new wells pumps and pump technology to KK and Romcheck schools so that they would have an easier time getting water up into the water towers we previously built. We finished in the spring of this year but as many pieces were new to our team, I wanted to wait until I was sure we had solid solutions in place before reporting out. The good news is we do have good working solutions in both schools at this time providing water to hundreds of students daily. Both schools now have water towers with a filtration layer and reliable electric pumps to keep the towers full.This will provide much needed relief to an already burned community.
School is the answer and clean water helps!!
