Don’t let anyone EVER talk sh*t about the St. Louis q***r community—this weekend we watched more than 200 of you show up in support of Platypus in the Grove, and together we were able to raise the bar $2,050 to keep their doors open for all of YOU 💜💜💜

Not only were we able to donate funds to this incredible safe and q***r-affirming space, but we had the chance to put our hearts and souls into some stellar ballads thanks to karaoke DJ Jupiter Jenny Stuvland! Truly, we don’t think we’ve ever seen Bohemian Rhapsody sung with so much ✨passion✨

The importance of sapphic and trans-centric spaces cannot be understated—this community is a lifeline for so many, and it’s thanks to all of you that it can continue in STL a little bit longer.

We had SUCH a good time with the Austin sapphics, q***r cuties, and gender-diverse community for our first visit in May—you all immediately made Texas feel like home! And we knew when we came back we wanted it to be with the incredible team at The Violet Crown once again!

NORTHWEST ARKANSAS QU**RS (YES, ALL OF YOU!):

You asked, we obliged! PIN-POINT, a q***r leadership network, will kickoff in Bentonville at Two Friends Books (our OFFICIAL host partner for this program) starting July 29, 5:30pm!

If you are business owner, nonprofit leader, creative, or or otherwise growing q***r professional who is tired of trying to fit into traditional corporate networking spaces, PIN-POINT is for you 💜➕

This monthly program, hosted on the last Wednesday of every month, will be a completely free and open space for connection and q***r leadership development—with complimentary food and drink—including panels & teachings from other q***r leaders, business guidance, one-one support for the projects you’re growing, and so much more.

We are SO excited to introduce you to the leads of PIN-POINT NWA, Shaheen Lokhandwala and Abby Jones, two outgoing leaders with expert backgrounds in project facilitation and peer support who believe the q***r community is better when we lead it together!

Alongside all of you, we are so excited for this opportunity to make Arkansas a place where q***r leadership and representation really shines. We’ll see you in July!
