Stop by the LRAC this Saturday between 11a-4p for our Ergathon and/or get with Coach Ted for some valuable instruction on the rowing machine! As always, deductable donations are also welcome!

This Saturday is our annual Ergathon fundraiser from 11 am until 4 pm. For just a $10 donation to Arkansas Boathouse Club, you can get a 10 min crash course on proper indoor rowing technique with our Head Coach Ted Riedeburg! Do you participate in group fitness classes that use the ERG? Are you a CrossFit enthusiast? Or do you simply enjoy getting in some cardio on the rower? If you want to get the best out of your workout, stop by for a quick lesson and support your local rowing club and 501(c)3 non-profit Arkansas Boathouse Club.

We will be downstairs at the Athletic Club, located on Sam Peck Road in West Little Rock, hope to see you there!
