Last week, our team had the privilege of spending time with grief counselor Jamie Boshears, and we're so grateful for the opportunity.

At Goodness Village, we walk alongside families navigating some of life's most difficult seasons. While it's an honor to serve in those moments, the work can also be emotional.

Jamie offered thoughtful insight on grief, loss, and the many emotions families experience throughout a medical journey. Her perspective encouraged our team, helped us grow, and reminded us of the importance of caring for ourselves as we care for others.

A huge thank you to Jamie for sharing her wisdom with us, and to every guest who trusts us to be part of their journey. We never take that privilege for granted.

Dennis is the President and Founder of DMGilliam Capital Management and brings more than 30 years of leadership, business, and financial experience to our organization. He has a long history of serving his community and supporting nonprofit organizations, including through the Rockstar Collegiate Tennis Challenge, which benefits both Goodness Village and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital!

Dennis was introduced to Goodness Village through his wife, Melissa, one of our wonderful volunteers, and we are SO grateful for their shared passion for our mission and the families we serve.

We had such a great time spending Mission Monday at Altar’d State!

We loved having the opportunity to share the Goodness Village mission, connect with shoppers, and talk about the families we serve every day. Events like these help us spread awareness about the importance of providing comfort, support, and a place that feels like home for families traveling to Little Rock for medical treatment.
