Woodlands Edge New Phases

We are excited to announce that after a few months of clearing and grading the lots for the 2 newest phases of Woodlands Edge, Stony Ridge and Chanterelle Bend, are ready for early reservation. The reservation fee will be 10% of the lot price. Interested parties can contact us for more information or to set up tours of the site.
Lot signs will be up in the next month, and each front lot corners are currently marked.

Woodlands Edge truly is one of Little Rock's premiere communities. The new phases will be an effort to continue the development style and principles that make this area special. The new phases of Woodlands Edge in LR will be starting construction soon! There will be 2 phases, the first is Chanterelle Bend, a gated area with 55 lots, and the second is Stony Ridge with 63 lots. We expect the phases to be completed in 6 months. Stay tuned for updates!!🤩
