The Central Arkansas Association of Black Social Workers invites you to support our 28th Annual Southwest Regional Conference. Our conference provides educational workshops that empower members to make a difference in their perspective communities. As part of the conference we will host a scholarship banquet on Thursday, October 26th. The chapter will award scholarships to a high school Senior and a student working on a Bachelor’s Degree in a helping profession at the banquet.
We are developing a souvenir booklet for the conference and requesting ads that will highlight your business, showcase your family and send well wishes to our organization. In addition, we have sponsorships available that includes ads and tickets to our scholarship banquet. Attached is the Sponsorship and Advertisement Submission Form which outlines the sponsorship levels and cost of ads. The deadline for Ad submission is August 31, 2017.
The Sheraton Four Points Hotel has great space for vendor participation. We are recruiting vendors who will have great and fabulous items for our conference participants to purchase.
Vendor Cost:
One Day: $75.00 plus donation of a Door Prize or Silent Auction Item
Two Days: $100.00 plus donation of a Door Prize or Silent Auction Item
