Meet the speakers joining us for PMI Central Arkansas Professional Development Day 2026:

🎤 Brian Alementi will explore how purpose, vision and mindset can strengthen leadership and team performance.
🎤 Brad Nelson will draw from biology, neuroscience and psychology to reframe how we understand motivation and human performance.
🎤 Kate Anderson will show how storytelling can transform routine project updates into clear, engaging communication that drives alignment and action.
