The NAACP Arkansas State Conference is calling for an independent investigation into the August 1 traffic stop and arrest of 18-year-old Alisa N. Hackett near Manila, Arkansas.

We are calling for transparency, accountability, the release of all complete and unedited recordings, and a full review of the arrest, use of force, and charges.
