🌈 One weekend. Countless ways to celebrate, connect, and belong.

The second weekend of June is packed with events happening across Arkansas:

πŸ’œ Reflect at Reflections of Resilience Day in Little Rock.
🎨 Explore local artists and makers at the Misfit Maker & Pride Market.
πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ Celebrate at SoMa Pride, NEA PrideFest, and Eureka Springs Pride Weekend.
🎭 Catch performances from Athena Sinclair, Angeria Paris VanMicheals, Bianca Del Rio, and Jasmine Kennedie.
✨ End the night at HairPins Pride Pop-Up Party or Big Fat Gay Rave.

From quiet moments of remembrance to parades, markets, performances, and dance floors, Pride looks a little different for everyoneβ€”and that's part of what makes it special.

Every community celebrates in its own way, but the message remains the same:

You belong here. πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆπŸ³οΈβ€βš§οΈ

πŸ’œ Some gatherings are celebrations. Some are moments of reflection. Some are both.

Tomorrow, the Big Dam Bridge will be illuminated for the 7th Annual Reflections of Resilience Day Bridge Lighting Ceremony.

Created by survivor advocate, Christopher Hansen, who survived the Pulse nightclub tragedy, this event honors resilience, remembrance, compassion, and hope for individuals, families, and communities impacted by violence, hate, trauma, and su***de loss.

For many of us, Pride is rooted not only in celebration, but also in remembering those we've lost, supporting those who are hurting, and continuing to choose hope in the face of hardship.

We invite our community to join in this moment of reflection and resilience.

Join us for Reflections of Resilience

Date: Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 8pm.
Location: LaHarpe View Park, Little Rock, at the Big Dam Bridge.

πŸ‘₯ As we remember the 49 beautiful lives taken and the 53 people wounded at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, FL, 10 years ago on June 12, 2016. Pulse was a place where LGBTQIA+ people could be free, joyful, and unapologetically themselves.

πŸ’Ž Pulse survivor, Arkansas native Christopher Hansen, will lead us in a remembrance ceremony on the banks of the Arkansas River.

🌟With Reflections of Resilience, we honor those affected by hate crimes, acts of violence, and su***de. Let us never forget the lives of those victims and their families. We must all educate, advocate, and help facilitate awareness and acceptance.

🌈 Let us be the Rainbows, creating a light containing hope, love, and connection, healing, support, strength, encouragement, value, and comfort. Be the change in our community.

Note: If you are coming from the North Little Rock side of the bridge, please allow time to cross and arrive at LaHarpe View Park by 8 pm.

Chosen Family πŸ’œ

For many LGBTQIA+ people, family isn't always defined by who raised you. Sometimes it's who stayed.

Sometimes it's the friend who answered the phone when no one else would.

Sometimes it's the mentor who believed in you.

Sometimes it's the partner, roommate, neighbor, coworker, or community member who made you feel seen, valued, and loved exactly as you are.

Chosen family reminds us that belonging can be built. Community can be created. Love can be found.

This Pride Month, we're celebrating the people who show up, stay, and help make life a little brighter.

Tag someone who is part of your chosen family! 🌈

Who's next?

Sponsorship isn't just a donation! It's a booth at the festival, your logo on signage, VIP passes, and your name attached to one of the biggest Pride celebrations in Arkansas. Tiers start at just $500 and there's a spot for every business that wants to be part of this.

Don't wait β€” slide into our inbox and let's talk!

πŸ“… Your June plans just arrived.

🌈 Pride Month is underway, and communities across Arkansas are showing up in big ways. From Pride festivals and parades to drag brunches, art markets, rallies, Juneteenth celebrations, live performances, and community gatherings, there are opportunities all month long to connect, celebrate, learn, and build community.

One thing we love about Pride in Arkansas is that it doesn't happen in just one city or through just one organization. It happens because people all across the state create spaces where LGBTQIA+ people and allies can gather, be seen, and find connection.

Whether you're attending your first event or your fiftieth, we hope you'll find something that speaks to you.
