At FLCAJ, our mission is to provide Florida’s community association professionals and board members with the education, information, and expert insight they need to grow in their roles and make better decisions for the communities they serve.

Our September issue continues that mission with practical information focused on protecting and maintaining Florida communities.

In Catch It Before the Crack, Brett Serpe, MBA, explains why seemingly small signs of concrete deterioration shouldn’t be ignored—and how early detection, preventive maintenance, and long-term planning can help boards and managers avoid much larger structural and financial problems down the road.
