🏡 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆!

Observed each year by the United Nations, World Habitat Day calls attention to the importance of the places we call home—and the fundamental need for everyone to have access to safe, adequate housing.

This year’s theme, “Adequate Housing for All,” is especially meaningful to us at Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas. It reflects a belief at the heart of our own mission: 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲.

Here in Central Arkansas, we work alongside individuals, families, volunteers, donors, and community partners to make affordable homeownership possible. Because a safe, stable home is more than four walls and a roof. It can provide the foundation for greater stability, opportunity, and a stronger future.

On 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆, we join people around the globe in recognizing both the importance of adequate housing and the work still ahead.
