Savannah Lewis, a licensed professional counselor, provides supervision, consultation, in-service training and related support services to our counseling staff in Magnolia and El Dorado. She also offers individual, family and group therapy in these communities.

Today is National Pastor Appreciation Day, and we are honored to recognize two leaders whose care and service strengthen the work of Methodist Family Health and Methodist Family Health Foundation.

Rev. Dr. Hammett Evans, Pastoral Care Director for Methodist Family Health, provides holistic care rooted in genuine human connection. Through small groups and one-on-one conversations, he meets clients where they are and supports them throughout their journeys.

Rev. Dr. Michael L. Mattox, Church Relations Associate, keeps the Foundation connected with churches across Arkansas. These partnerships provide essential volunteers, in-kind donations and financial support for the children and families we serve.

Happy World Teachers’ Day! 📚🍎✨

Today, we celebrate the incredible teachers who show up each day with patience, compassion, creativity, and hope for children and teens navigating behavioral health challenges.

Our teachers do so much more than teach lessons. In our children’s behavioral health hospital, psychiatric residential treatment facility, and day treatment school, they create safe spaces to learn, grow, reconnect, and believe in what’s possible. They meet students where they are—celebrating progress, encouraging resilience, and reminding each child that their story is still being written.

To our dedicated teachers: THANK YOU for seeing the whole child, believing in their potential, and being part of their journey toward healing. Your work matters more than you know. 💚

Our Acute Mobile Assessment Team is growing!

Methodist Family Health is excited to welcome Jennifer Donohue-Goad, LCSW, to our team of Acute Mobile Assessors, joining Denise Trice Khalaf, LMSW, and Robin Rudkins, LCSW to round out the perfect trifecta of three!

As Methodist Family Health has expanded from one acute hospital to two hospital systems, strengthening our mobile assessment team allows us to provide even greater support to our hospitals, referral partners, patients, and families across Arkansas.

Denise and Robin have done an incredible job building relationships and providing responsive, compassionate support throughout the state, and we are thrilled to add Jennifer’s experience and expertise to the team.

Three exceptional clinicians. Two hospital systems. One shared mission of getting patients and families the help they need, when they need it.

We couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead for this team and Methodist Family Health! 💜

Meet Frankie Stovall, CTRS, Recreational Therapy Supervisor Methodist Children's Home

Frankie brings 20 years of experience in the mental health field, including 15 years specializing in Recreational Therapy services. Her background includes work as a CTRS in acute, residential, and community-based settings.

Frankie has been part of the Methodist Family for 7 years, previously serving as Recreational Therapy Supervisor at Methodist Behavioral Hospital and currently serving in the same role at Methodist Family Health's Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility. She focuses on providing experiential learning groups with hands-on creativity and team building activities that encourage clients to expand their Leisure Awareness and engagement while developing individual creativity and confidence.

We’re grateful for Frankie's unique approach to Recreational Therapy groups and expansion of programming.
