It’s one of our favorite times of year… Special Olympics season 🏅❤️

We’ve loved seeing photos from competitions all across our timeline and watching athletes from providers around the state shine. Congratulations to the athletes from Pathfinder, Ouachita Enrichment Centers, Abilities Unlimited, Inc., and so many others representing their communities so well.

As proud supporters and sponsors of Special Olympics, moments like these are a reminder of the confidence, friendships, leadership, and joy that sports help build both on and off the field.

Drop a photo from your Special Olympics events in the comments. We’d love to celebrate with you!

Why join Developmental Disabilities Provider Association?

Because this work was never meant to be done alone.

DDPA brings providers from across Arkansas together to learn from one another, stay informed, and have a stronger voice for the people and families we serve. From trainings and networking opportunities to advocacy at the Capitol, DDPA helps providers stay connected to what matters most.

It’s a place to share ideas, ask questions, celebrate wins, and work through challenges with people who truly understand the field.

When providers come together, the entire IDD community grows stronger.

❤️What an incredible night!✨

DDPA was honored to attend the Special Olympics AR Opening Ceremonies and celebrate our AR Diamonds heading to the 2026 USA Games in June!

The Law Enforcement Torch Run🔥 kicked off the Summer Games spirit!

And the athlete oath..
“Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt.”

Such powerful words.
These athletes and the individuals we serve live by this everyday❤️💪
