We’re looking for a self-motivated, forward-thinking Sales Manager to join Thomas Holdings Co. (THco.) team! The ideal candidate will be someone that understands the larger scope of Digital Marketing but also has the ability to produce the numbers.They will perform duties that require them to be an Analyst, Coach and Sales manager.

As a Sales Manager, you'll coordinate campaigns involved in various areas including professional services, IT, financing, construction and real estate. This will entail the analysis of targeted markets, preparing marketing strategy/plans and closing targeted sales quotas. You’ll work with our clients, vendors, and various THco. teams, including those in our Dallas office.

Your day-to-day Responsibilities:
- 70% spent contacting customers, coaching employees and developing a sales team.
- Establish and exceed organizational performance and individual performance goals.
- Complete duties and provide leadership designed to deliver high levels of service to customers within the framework of established THco. policies
- Ability to motivate, encourage, coach, develop, lead and train a winning sales team.
- Provide answers directly to customers concerning billing processes, equipment, service/plan upgrades and other customer service related inquiries.
- 20% travel &/or participating in community events, marketing events and public relations activities to develop a positive image for THco.
- 10% coaching/development to ensure sales reps are up to speed on training for new products and offerings, and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them.

• Strong technical and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
• A team-first mentality and eagerness to set and meet aggressive goals
• Attention to detail and deadlines
• Develop a network of sales professionals
• Ability to produce and deliver executive presentations, status reports and communicate deliverables to all stakeholders and senior management.
• Ability to translate ideas and capabilities into effective initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and strategic skills in prioritizing evolving initiatives.

Qualifications:
• A college degree and/or 2+ years equivalent experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) OneDrive, OneNote and other relevant software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Strong communication skills – interpersonal and written
• Proficient in conceptualizing, project planning, design development and project management of corporate marketing campaigns.
