Since it seems we will be in this for longer than first anticipated, we are changing our planning to sheltering in place for our customers and staff. Luckily we are and always have been a remote company so we are covered statewide. Beginning Monday 3-30-20, the Merrill Administrative Office and BRAVO will be completely closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Administrative personnel will be working from home indefinitely. Please contact your supervisor for further direction.

We will make the decision to reopen based upon how the COVID-19 outbreak progresses. We are doing some calling to customers to make sure everyone is okay out there! DSP’s please shelter at your home or the customer’s home and limit any unnecessary travel or contact. Try to enjoy this time, reconnect with families and friends. Use FaceTime so your customer can stay in contact with friends, and stay safe!
