Achieve Community Alliance

Achieve Community Alliance Advancing the independence, productivity and community involvement for Arkansans in need. An affiliate of UCP.

UCP was incorporated in 1957, for parents of children with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities who could not find assistance. United Cerebral Palsy is one the largest and comprehensive non-profit agencies in the state of Arkansas. The current array of services has grown in scope from daycare and parent relief for five children to a comprehensive network of habilitation/rehabilitation se

rving over 500 disabled individuals each year. UCP provides adult habilitation, Medicaid waiver, work activity, alternative community service, community living arrangement, and therapeutic services.

Today we are humbled by the strength and resilience of our caregivers, families, and staff.

There are moments in this journey that are hard. Long days. Unknowns. Tears. Milestones that take more time, more patience, and more perseverance than we ever imagined.

But there is also something extraordinary.

In our community, we celebrate everything.
First words. New friendships. One more step. One more skill. One more try.

Our children work hard for the victories they earnโ€”and because of that, we learn to celebrate in ways the world often overlooks.

Disability does not erase joy. It does not eliminate dreams. It does not limit love.

To every parent, caregiver, sibling, friend, and self-advocate: you are not alone.

We are one communityโ€”united in embracing the unknown, facing fears together, and celebrating every possibility.

Together, we celebrate all we can Achieve. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

At Achieve Kids, children receive the care, learning, and developmental support they need during some of the most important years of their lives. ๐Ÿ’™

Our early intervention preschool provides a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, build confidence, and receive therapy services alongside classroom instruction.

Every milestone matters โ€” and at Achieve Kids, we celebrate them all. ๐ŸŒŸ

Itโ€™s National Donut Day, and we have one very important question:
Glazed, chocolate, sprinkles, filled, or old-fashioned? ๐Ÿฉโœจ

At Achieve, we believe joy can be found in the simple things โ€” shared laughter, sweet treats, creative activities, new friendships, and moments of connection.

Tell us your favorite donut in the comments! ๐Ÿ‘‡

At Achieve Community Alliance, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live, work, learn, create, and thrive in a community that sees their ability first.

Through programs like Achieve Kids, Achieve Life, Achieve Employment, Achieve Community, and Achieve Opportunity โ€” our statewide CES Waiver services program โ€” we support children and adults with disabilities at many stages of life.

Together, we are building a community where everyone has the chance to live life without limits. ๐ŸŒŸ

Today is Say Something Nice Day, and we canโ€™t think of a better way to begin the week. ๐Ÿ’™
Kind words can encourage a child, lift up a staff member, brighten someoneโ€™s day, and remind each person that they are seen and valued.
At Achieve Community Alliance, kindness is part of how we build belonging.
Say something nice to someone today โ€” and feel free to leave a kind word for our Achieve team in the comments. ๐ŸŒŸ

Happy National Creativity Day! ๐ŸŽ‰
At Achieve Community Alliance, creativity is more than something fun to do โ€” it is a way to build confidence, self-expression, pride, and meaningful skills.
Through Achieve Creations, adults with disabilities have the opportunity to build job-readiness skills while also celebrating their talents and creative gifts. Each project is a chance to practice focus, teamwork, communication, task completion, and pride in a finished product.
Creativity has purpose โ€” and at Achieve, every gift is worth celebrating. ๐Ÿ’™
