Tonight is the last night before Camp Quality Arkansas Summer Camp begins for the COC.
It’s hard to describe the feeling tonight—a mix of anticipation, excitement, and relief.
For the past 12 months, we’ve planned, revised, adjusted, improved, and prepared for this week. Countless meetings, phone calls, emails, spreadsheets, supply lists, schedules, and conversations have all led to this moment.
Tomorrow, we’ll begin driving in from all over—Mammoth Springs, Kansas City, Bella Vista, and everywhere in between—for one shared purpose: to create an unforgettable week for an incredible group of kids.
Some of these campers we’ve known for years. Some we’ve never met. Some will arrive nervous and unsure of what to expect. Some will drive through the gates feeling like they’re coming home.
And then there are the graduates.
The campers who have grown up here. The ones who have spent years making memories, building friendships, and discovering that Camp Quality is a place where they belong. It’s hard to imagine what Closing Circle will feel like when they officially graduate as campers.
Tonight, the schedules are printed. The supplies are packed. The plans are in place.
Tomorrow, the real magic begins.
Here’s to a week of laughter, friendship, adventure, and letting kids with cancer be kids again.
💛 See you at camp.
