And somehow… it feels even more fitting to share these today 💐💛 Happy Mother’s Day to all the dog moms, human moms, bonus moms, grandmas, and mother figures who spent the day making memories with us at MacArthur Park 🐶✨

This is just a glimpse of everything that made the day so special—so many incredible pups, amazing owners, and a community that showed up in the best way possible 💛

The parade and costume contest absolutely delivered 👀🐾 and the move to MacArthur Park was everything we hoped for and more.

💛🐾 Meet your 2026 Bark in the Park Best Rescue Story winner: ENZO!!!

This good boy belong to Mandy McKay and he may be small, but his story is mighty 💪🐶

At just ~6 weeks old and only 2.5 pounds, he came from Ouachita County Animal Protection Society as a foster, battling severe anemia and multiple intestinal parasites. His journey hasn’t been easy—and heartbreakingly, his sister was lost the day they were rescued.

Today, Enzo is thriving as a goofy, adventurous pup who loves meeting new people and tagging along wherever he can 🐾✨

He’s incredibly smart (food puzzles don’t stand a chance 😌), quick to learn new commands, and the youngest of a pack of 11 rescues 💛

His only fear? …Batman the Rooster 🤣

Give it up for Enzo and the resilience, joy, and second chances that make stories like his so special 🐶👏

This big goofy boy belongs to Cassandra Montgomery & he may be the youngest of his crew—but he’s got the biggest personality to match 💛

With 5 siblings, he’s definitely the baby of the bunch… and he wouldn’t have it any other way 🐶✨

He turns ONE the week of Bark In The Park 🎉 and loves learning new tricks, coming to work, and tagging along for all the adventures—especially swimming, hiking, and car rides 🚗🐾

Give it up for this leader, he’s a really good boy!!! 👏🐕
