We are a nonprofit organization in Little Rock dedicated to helping children stay warm in the winter. Far too many children in Little Rock go without warm clothing in the winter simply because their families cannot afford them. Our goal is to ensure that as many children as possible have a nice warm hat when it is cold outside. We also try to ensure that these hats will let them show their persona

lity to build a sense of self and self-esteem. Please check out the Hat Gallery to see how we do this. I need your help to succeed. According to The National Center for Children in Poverty, 53% of children in Arkansas are low-income. With recent cuts to welfare programs, these families are having to make difficult choices. Let's help them. Please check out the Volunteer Page to learn about the many ways that you can help!

Operation Warm Heads has a brand new classroom all set up to teach our volunteers to make hats! If you want to learn or simply want to come and chat while you make hats, just call or text 501-339-4588 to set up a time! Classes have not officially been scheduled yet, so whatever time we can set up is fine! I'll post here as soon as the calendar has been set!
