Little Rock kicked off the first session of our 2026 Future Agents in Training program at the Little Rock Field Office!

More than 50 students joined us to learn about the FBI, our work to defend the homeland and combat violent crime in Arkansas, and the career opportunities available within the Bureau.

Over the next few weeks, students will explore what it takes to become an FBI special agent through hands-on scenarios and opportunities to engage with the agents who serve their communities.

We look forward to an exciting few weeks of learning, training, and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

🎓 Congratulations, Class of 2026! 🇺🇸

The FBI Little Rock Citizens Academy Alumni Association is proud to welcome the newest graduates of the FBI Little Rock Citizens Academy! 💙💛

Over three Fridays in September, the Class of 2026 received a firsthand look at the people, programs, training and partnerships behind the FBI’s mission in Arkansas.

SAC Jason Van Goor kicked off the Academy by welcoming the class and sharing insight into the FBI’s priorities, recent successes and ongoing efforts to combat violent crime and defend the homeland.

Throughout the Academy, participants learned about violent crime investigations, National Security, Intelligence, SWAT, and the FBI Bomb Technician Program along with the importance of local, state, and federal partnerships.

And, of course, there was Range Day! 🎯 Participants joined FBI Special Agent fi****ms instructors at the Jacksonville Police Department range to learn fi***rm safety and experience firsthand some of the training involved in safely handling and firing FBI-issued weapons.

Citizens Academy is about more than learning what the FBI does. It’s about building relationships, increasing understanding, strengthening trust and connecting the FBI with the communities it serves.

Now that the Academy has ended, we hope this is just the beginning! The FBI-LRCAAA looks forward to welcoming the Class of 2026 into our Alumni Association and providing opportunities to stay connected, serve our communities and continue supporting the FBI’s mission.

A huge thank you to SAC Van Goor, the agents, professional staff and instructors at FBI Little Rock, as well as the Jacksonville Police Department, for making this year's Academy such a memorable experience.

🎓 Congratulations, Class of 2026! Welcome to the alumni family! 🇺🇸💙💛
