⚠ One-and-a-half years later, Arkansans are seeing the real effects of policies that harm students, parents, educators, and community stakeholders.

💯 Understanding the voting process empowers you to feel confident in your vote.

💪 Once you know how elections work, who runs your elections, and the safety systems in place, you can use that knowledge to help advocate for our democratic system with others in your community.

🎯 Some folks may decide to become poll workers or poll watchers. These two different roles are vital for maintaining transparency and access for others who want to vote in our communities.

🗳 It’s Wednesday, October 7th and we’re midway through National Voter Education Week! Today we're encouraging folks to make a plan to vote.

🔎 Do you need to double check the details in your voter registration?

(**Reminder: The deadline to register for the upcoming election was Monday, October 5th.)

📫 Do you need to vote via absentee ballot?
You can request an absentee ballot application from the county clerk where you're registered OR you can download the application at www.sos.arkansas.gov/elections/voter-information/absentee-voting
📍 October 30th is the last day to request an absentee ballot in person.
📍 October 27th is the last day to request an absentee ballot by mail.
