What a busy and impactful week training our friends across the Little Rock School District! We kicked things off Thursday at Lacey K-8 Academy , diving into what it means to “set the temperature,” and wrapped up with a district-wide Conscious Discipline® training on Saturday. We’re excited to continue this work, equipping teachers and empowering students with strong SEL skills!

This month we’re talking with students about being more socially aware! We’ve explored what it means to notice others and appreciate diversity and next we are excited to dive into empathy!

Here’s a fun empathy exercise we love! It’s so important to help kids understand what empathy means and how to practice it every day. We love being in the schools, helping students learn and grow, socially and emotionally! Let’s all practice empathy together!

✨ It’s been a busy (and exciting!) week for us! We loved spending time with the Lacey Lions 🦁 and helping build a strong culture of pride and community.

🌱 This week we kicked off our very first Wellness Wednesday! Students from K–8 explored the theme of Self-Awareness, focusing on Self-Perception- learning more about what makes them unique and special.

🎉 We also had the chance to join in on another amazing PBIS activity, continuing the work of encouraging positive behavior and school pride.

At the heart of it all, we’re still in the business of building up kids- creating a climate where students can learn, grow, and truly be well. 💜

What an incredible summer it has been!!!!!
As we wrap up an unforgettable season of impact and connection, we’re filled with excitement for what’s next!

This fall, we proudly launch our independent, school-based program created to serve elementary-age children with a proven social and emotional wellbeing curriculum that helps them thrive both academically and personally.

We’re honored to have received initial funding through Children International’s Common Good Initiative, helping us begin this next chapter with strong roots and big dreams.

The work may have changed, but our commitment to children and families remains stronger than ever.
