Changes in sleep or eating: Experiencing severe insomnia, sleeping all day, or having sudden weight and appetite shifts.
Giving away belongings: Gifting prized possessions or saying final goodbyes as if preparing to leave.

🇺🇸 HUGE SHOUT-OUT TO HEROES ON THE WATER! 🇺🇸

We want to give a HUGE thank you to Heroes on the Water for providing the kayaks for our We Are The 22 Family Day today!

Everyone had an absolute blast! It gave our responders and their families a chance to get out on the water, relax, laugh, connect, and simply enjoy the day together. Those moments of camaraderie and fellowship are what Family Day is all about.

Heroes on the Water is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing wellness and community for veterans and first responders through outdoor experiences and connection.
Organizations supporting organizations. Veterans supporting veterans. Communities coming together for a common purpose. That's how we make a difference.
