Introducing our Recruitment & Marketing chair, Carsyn Brown!

Carsyn is a soon to be sophomore majoring in biology.

“I never expected that joining a sorority would have such a positive impact on my college experience. Going through recruitment led me to Chi Omega, where I found genuine friendships, leadership opportunities, and a true sense of belonging during one of the most challenging periods of my life. Serving as both Recruitment and Marketing Chair has allowed me to share our chapter’s story while helping potential new members find a place they can call home.

Whether I’m promoting our sisterhood online or welcoming women during recruitment, my goal is to show what makes Chi Omega so special.

My advice to anyone considering recruitment is to keep an open mind; you never know where one conversation or one opportunity could lead! “💛❤️

We are also so proud to celebrate Carlee Felty for receiving the Becky Brown Blass Gamma Zeta Alumnae Scholarship for her academic and leadership achievements. This year, our amazing alumnae raised $2,400 to support one of our own, and we couldn’t be more grateful 💛

On April 19th, 2026- the sisters of Chi Omega's Gamma Zeta Chapter attended the Justin Moore St. Jude Golf Classic's Sunday Dinner. In front of our eyes, and on our very own campus, we saw an event that raised more than $700,000 (and counting) for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital! 🏥

Seeing the impact of a community coming together for such a powerful cause was incredibly inspiring. That same spirit is what drives us as we set our sights on our own goal: raising enough money to grant a wish through Make-A-Wish. 💫 Every dollar we raise brings us one step closer to creating a life-changing experience for a child facing critical illness.

We are so grateful to be part of a community and sisterhood that shows up, gives back, and believes in something way bigger than ourselves.💙
